Preliminary drawings & three-dimensional models are provided to include preliminary column reactions that any structural engineer can use to design your concrete footers for the metal building requirements.
In many cases, our drawings and Models are used by Architects and Engineers to create the actual Architectural and Structural plans for the project.

After the design is approved by all invested parties, we place an order for the building based on the information we have input into the design/estimating software.
Within a few weeks, we receive Engineered Drawings for Construction from the National Brand Manufacturer that allows us to set the Anchor Bolts that holds the structure to the ground in the correct location and pour the concrete.
Once the building is delivered we stage the material and begin the erection. Approval and delivery will vary depending on market conditions and complexity of the structure.
