We collaborate with Owners, Architects, and Engineers on a variety of construction projects, providing professionally engineered designs and drawings for projects including, but not limited to:

Where We Came From

After a lifetime of experience in general construction, Jay Gill acquired his Certified Building Contractors license in 2022 and began Gill Metal Construction. His skills in carpentry, concrete, metal building erection, light gauge steel trusses, structural steel, and sheet metal fabrication, combined with over 20 years in estimating and metal building sales, have prepared him for success. Jay has had the privilege of working with General Contractors, Architects, Engineers, and Installers all over the state of Florida, establishing lifelong relationships with many.

His son, Doug, works alongside Jay as an experienced Project Manager and Safety Coordinator. Doug has a background of 9 years in the construction industry, working for several different companies before joining the family business. His certifications and training include Metal Building Sales, OSHA 30, installation of multiple standing seam roof systems, and heavy lift equipment trainer/operator.
